As our portfolio grows, so do our Community Teams! We are hiring Lead Service Technicians at multiple locations throughout the Greater Phoenix Area. If this community isn't the right fit, our recruiters will discuss other opportunities with you.

As a Lead Service Technician, you will work at one of our communities, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the physical asset and community grounds.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Assist in completing make-ready units to company standards and maintain supply of these units.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues.
  3. Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units.
  4. Maintain pool safety and chemical balance.
  5. Perform minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys.
  6. Inspect for safety hazards and address them.
  7. Share on-call duties and be available to respond as needed.
  8. Monitor inventory of parts and supplies.
  9. Train and mentor other technicians.
Ideal candidates will have:
  • Knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, and OSHA standards.
  • Certifications such as EPA, HVAC, CPO, or similar.
  • Service orientation, basic computer skills, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic English communication skills.

The starting hourly pay is $26.00, depending on experience and community complexity. The schedule includes weekends and on-call rotations with differential pay.
