Pay Range

Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $27.00/hr

We are GoldOller! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. Maintenance mechanics are responsible for apartment upkeep and turnovers.

This position offers a $2,000 Retention Bonus and has the potential to earn over $2,000 per year in commissions.

Daily Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of residential apartments and property areas, including exteriors, interiors, and public spaces.
• Conduct repairs in plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other systems.
• Respond to emergency calls as needed, including after-hours.
• Perform additional duties as specified in the job description.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in multifamily property maintenance.

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs., stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Knowledge of equipment, appliances, and ladders.
