Job summary
Esser Plumbing & Heating in Perham, MN is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to join our Service team. You will diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing, install water heaters and related systems, and troubleshoot leaks and clogs while keeping customers informed and satisfied.
The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, full-time employment, and opportunities for overtime, benefits, and profit sharing after one year.
Qualifications
- Journeyman plumbing licensure or equivalent qualifying experience.
- Hands-on plumbing experience in service, repair, or remodeling.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and independent work ability.
- Excellent customer service and commitment to quality workmanship.
- A valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing problems in homes and businesses.
- Install and service water heaters, water softeners, fixtures, piping, drains, sump pumps and related systems.
- Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, pressure issues and equipment failures.
- Explain problems and propose practical solutions to customers.
- Perform work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with plumbing codes.
- Provide guidance to apprentices or helpers when assigned.
