Responsibilities

• Evaluate mechanics and assign jobs to maximize quality, efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare estimates for service opportunities and secure new work.
• Monitor metrics like response times, resolution rates and customer satisfaction.
• Handle complex inquiries and resolve escalated client complaints.
• Coordinate with parts to order and receive parts and complete jobs on time.
• Hire, train and lead skilled mechanics to deliver excellent service.
