Job summary

Vi at Palo Alto is seeking a Lead Server to train new servers and supervise daily operations, including table assignments and bussing stations. You will perform all server duties and may act as food runner when assigned.

Qualifications

Experience in restaurant or customer service roles with ability to follow simple instructions and write short notes.
Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings to residents and staff.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Possess or be willing to obtain Food Handlers certification.

Responsibilities

Train newly hired servers and lead servers in daily tasks such as table assignments and bussing stations.
Perform all server functions and act as food runner when assigned and assist with staff oversight as needed.
