Arrow Senior Living in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead the front-of-house team, ensure a welcoming dining room, and deliver impeccable resident service in a home-like setting. This full-time role offers a pay range of $19–$22.25 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience leading a hospitality team.
• Knowledge of care and supervision requirements for residents.
• Must have and maintain a food server permit.
• Able to read/write/communicate in English at 8th grade level or higher with Residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must be able to stand/walk/bend/kneel/stoop all day.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.
• Health screening and TB test as required within defined window.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front of house appearance and service quality.
• Greet residents, engage, and foster social connections.
• Prepare tables and service areas; prep meals and roll silverware.
• Bus and keep dining area tidy and presentable.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness staff about residents' meals.

Dining Room Manager pay range: $19 - $22.25 per hour Sign On Bonus - $2,000

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

11:30am to 7:30pm

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Previous experience leading a hospitality team preferred.
• Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents.
• Must have and maintain a food server permit as required by the county.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting people after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
