Job summary

The Arbor Company in West Chester, PA is seeking a Lead Server to support residents at mealtimes and uphold service standards in our community.

As a Lead Server, you will train staff, schedule shifts, interview candidates, and ensure dining operations meet guidelines. We value respect, growth, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents as needed in completion of their daily menus.
• Monitor Residents’ food intake.
• Interview prospective servers and make recommendations to Executive Director regarding hiring decisions.
• Train servers by example in job requirements and orient them to Community operations.
• Schedule staff according to Community guidelines, and state regulations.
• Provide coaching and supervision to serving staff, including termination if appropriate.
• Fill in as server if short-staffed in dining room.
