Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Server to join our dining team. You will deliver restaurant-style dining services with a hospitality focus, bringing cheerful energy to residents during meals and assisting with special requests to ensure a warm, inviting dining room.

You'll work with a collaborative team, help keep the dining area clean, and contribute to a respectful, supportive environment. Pass a level 2 background check is required; growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a level 2 background check.
• Ability to maintain positive resident relations through a courteous, cooperative and understanding manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver restaurant-style dining services with a hospitality focus.
• Bring cheerful energy to residents during each meal service.
• Assist residents with special requests while maintaining a welcoming dining room.
• Work as a team to keep the dining room clean and inviting.
