Job summary

Native Grill & Wings in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Lead Server/Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure top-notch hospitality.

You will train team members, handle guest concerns, supervise health and safety, and collaborate with the kitchen for timely order delivery. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of FOH or BOH experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer apps.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to train and mentor new staff members.
• Physical ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
