Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 2 to lead and deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, upholding Invited’s standards. This role oversees service operations, supports Server 1, and drives dining experiences across the club.

You will coordinate with the F&B team, train and guide staff, and handle complex service issues while maintaining professional interactions with members and guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards as outlined in the Invited F&B service training programs.
• Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring members/guests are served promptly and attentively, while managing more complex service issues or last-minute changes.
• Ensure comprehensive knowledge of the à la carte menu and daily specials, and guide Server 1 team members in delivering exceptional service.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Server 1 staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with management to assign duties, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist fellow employees and lead by example, ensuring smooth communication and seamless service across the team.
• Take responsibility for organizing and maintaining clean, well‑stocked workstations and ensuring side work is completed to meet club standards.
• Support management in addressing member/guest complaints, practicing good service recovery, and ensuring any issues are resolved immediately.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by the F&B Director or other leadership.
