You’ll run the floor with calm leadership, train new hires, lead pre-shift huddles, and act as the go-to between front and back of house while keeping the team aligned and the vibe strong.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in food service with lead or key-holder experience
• Strong teamwork and communication
• Able to train new hires and lead shifts
• Calm under pressure in high-volume service

Responsibilities

• Running the floor like a pro—smooth, sharp, and service-first
• Keeping the team synced up and the vibe strong
• Jumping in to serve, solve problems, and lead from the front
