Olympia Hospitality is seeking a Lead Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service while supporting restaurant leadership. You will greet guests, take and serve orders, and train teammates to deliver a superior dining experience.

Responsibility includes coaching staff, opening/closing duties, maintaining stations, and ensuring standards for responsible alcohol service are followed. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and teamwork in a values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Six months experience as a Restaurant Server; legal age to serve alcohol.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in guest services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take and serve food and beverage orders.
• Provide menu recommendations and anticipate guest needs.
• Assist with training and coaching team members; open/close duties.
• Maintain clean service stations and dining areas; handle room service/take-out orders.
