Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a reliable Lead Server for Watermere Highlands to join our dining team on a full-time basis. You will oversee dining operations, seat residents, take orders, and ensure prompt, courteous service that enhances residents' dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.

Lead Server

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Dining Room Supervisor to join our Dining services team full time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee all dining and food service operations.

• Greet and seat residents in a professional and courteous manner, take orders, serve food and special request when needed.

Requirements

• Possesses effective communication via the ability to read, write and speak English and follow production and preparation sheets is also required.
• Maintains required food handlers certifications.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full service active adult/senior livingpreferred.
• Willing to work and interact with active/senior adults.
• Ability to work weekends/ flexible hours. No late nights
