Job summary

The role requires NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care, resilience, excellent communication and the ability to write logs, coordinate with social workers, and support daily activities to promote independence.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care is required.
• Experience in similar care settings preferred.
• Commitment to person-centred support and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the duty team and organise daily routines.
• Use positive support and de-escalation to manage behaviours.
• Put care plans into action and monitor progress.
• Write logs, incident reports, and manage medications.
• Coordinate with social workers, therapists, and families.
• Plan activities to promote learning and independence.
