Our Power Group provides full-service engineering and design solutions for utility, institutional, and commercial clients across the U.S., with a strong focus on reliability, sustainability, and innovation. As part of our continued growth in the Transmission & Distribution sector, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead/Senior Substation Electrical Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an opportunity to work on critical infrastructure projects and contribute to the safe, efficient, and resilient design of high-voltage substations that support the nation's energy transition.
Position Summary:
The Lead/Senior Substation Electrical Engineer is responsible for leading the design and delivery of high-voltage substation projects that power critical infrastructure across the country. This role involves overseeing complex technical work, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring high-quality, code-compliant designs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and is ready to take ownership of projects from concept through construction.
