Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability engineering programs and translate recommendations into executable scopes and plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Field, Construction, and Maintenance to address constraints and impacts.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation and post-execution records.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Provide technical support during implementation and field questions.
• Evaluate complex issues and recommend engineering solutions.
• Lead projects with significant financial and operational impact; contribute to commissioning plans.
• Participate in planning, budgeting, and performance reviews.
