Job summary

WGNSTAR in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a maintenance technician to perform scheduled maintenance on fab lithography tools, document activities, and report equipment status.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year on TEL lithography tools, strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, and can wear a cleanroom suit and lift up to 75 pounds for 8- to 10-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year on TEL semiconductor toolsets.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and lithography systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Ability to wear a cleanroom suit for extended periods.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on fab lithography tools according to specifications.
• Document maintenance activities and report equipment status.
• Provide support to diagnose and repair issues as needed.
• Handle non-standard processing and problem-solving tasks as they arise.
• Attend required meetings and aim to be self-sustaining.
• Complete post-PM recovery, testing, and qualification.
• Follow all safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE.

Schedule: M-Thur 8:00 am-6:00 pm

Pay Rate: $25-$32 DOE

Location: Hillsboro, OR (Local Candidates Only)

Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance on fab lithography tools according to specifications.
• Document maintenance activities and report equipment status.
• Provide support to diagnose and repair issues as needed.
• Multi-tasked responsibilities include non-standard processing and problem-solving, as well as equipment processing.
• Attend all required meetings: the goal is to become self-sustaining.
• Complete post-PM recovery, test fire, and qualification.
• Must follow all customer safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE

Requirements:

• Perform scheduled maintenance on fab lithography tools according to specifications.
• Required: Min 1 year on any TEL (Track ProV/ProZ) semiconductor toolset.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing process and lithography systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Mechanical aptitude, prior TEL or Litho tool and /or PM experience.
• Ability to wear cleanroom suit for extended periods.
• Performing repetitive physical tasks i.e., bending, standing, crouching, sitting, and reaching for extended periods.

Preferences:

• 1+ years overall Lithography related experience.
• Mechanical Aptitude and/or prior TEL Litho experience.
• Semiconductor PM experience
• High School Degree and/or equivalent required.

Physical Effort/Activities:

May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able tobend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
