Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field with lead or supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience acceptable.
• Experience as a trainer for benefits programs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides administrative and programmatic supervision to staff.
• Reviews case management plans and ensures quality assurance.
• Develops written guidelines for service delivery and assigns caseloads.
• Monitors staff performance and conducts conferences to resolve issues.
• Trains new employees on agency policy and regulations.
• Maintains records and prepares reports; supports program policy development.
• Represents staff needs to senior management and coordinates with external partners.
• May act on behalf of the Director as designated.
