Job summary

Unlimited Technology is seeking a Service Technician to manage access control and IP camera systems at client sites. Responsibilities include installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electronic devices, power supplies, and network components; strong communication with Field Supervisor and customers is essential.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of field installation experience in security, certifications in Lenel/Software House, and a solid background in reading engineered

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of field installation experience in the security environment.
• Certifications in Lenel/Software House access control.
• Experience with door hardware installation (strikes, locks).
• Experience in Audio Visual Technology and troubleshooting network switches.
• Reading and comprehending engineered drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Access Control and IP Camera systems according to engineered drawings.
• Program, terminate and commission a wide range of Access Control products and platforms.
• Identify and resolve issues that impact job productivity.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and complete paperwork on job tickets.
• Communicate activity to the Project Manager or Field Supervisor in a timely manner.
