Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks an experienced Security Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot commercial and industrial security systems across North/Northeast New Jersey. You will handle access control, intrusion, CCTV, and IP-based devices while reading schematics and training customers.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience installing and servicing electronic security systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Video Surveillance Systems
• Experience working with IP-based security platforms and network-connected devices
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel throughout the North/Northeast New Jersey area
