Job description

Anistar Technologies is seeking a Lead Security Technician to install and service access control, CCTV, and surveillance systems. The position supports the security solutions business by installing and troubleshooting electronic security systems, including intrusion detection, access control, and CCTV equipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Install access control systems in commercial construction environments.
2. Perform door access control system trim-outs.
3. Pull cables for access control systems.
4. Work from scissor/boom lifts as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience:

1. Experience with pulling, routing, installing, and terminating structured cabling infrastructure in commercial environments.
2. At least 2 years of experience installing and servicing voice and data systems in a commercial setting.
3. Ownership of basic telecom tools such as punch down, snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, etc.
4. Familiarity with Lenel, Verkada, S2, Milestone, and Genetec systems.
