We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Technician (Class D License) to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest security technologies and systems, including burg alarms, Lenel, Bosch, exacq, Brivo, EagleEye, Kantech, and CCTV.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various security systems such as burg alarms, Lenel, Bosch, exacq, Brivo, EagleEye, Kantech, and CCTV.
• Act as the point of contact for all security-related issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Train and supervise a team of security technicians, ensuring they are well-versed with all security protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement necessary security upgrades.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure security measures align with project requirements.
• Develop and implement security policies and protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in security technology and suggest improvements to existing systems.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class D License.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Technician in the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with burg alarms, Lenel, Bosch, exacq, Brivo, EagleEye, Kantech, and CCTV.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a team of technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex security system issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring the highest level of security.
