Securitas USA is seeking a Lead Security Officer for a full-time role in Hillsboro, OR. You will act as the primary contact during shifts, provide leadership to officers, and ensure safe, compliant operations. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 0800–1600, with a hourly wage of $26.52.

The position emphasizes leadership, reliability, and attention to detail on a daily basis. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and team leadership skills, and the ability to work independently

• Monitoring officer performance, attendance, appearance, and professionalism.
• Ensuring accurate completion of daily activity reports and incident reports.
• Responding to incidents and escalating concerns through the chain of command.
• Supporting employee training and reinforcing site procedures.
• Maintaining professional communication with personnel, contractors, visitors, and management.
• Assisting with investigations, screening failures, access-control concerns, and emergency response.

What You Can Expect

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
