Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Lead Security Officer for a full-time role in Hillsboro, OR. Wage is $26.52 per hour, with a Mon–Fri 0800–1600 schedule. You will lead on-duty officers, manage staffing, briefings, and ensure accurate reports while upholding safety and client expectations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing direction and support to on-duty security officers.
• Coordinating staffing, breaks, shift coverage, and post assignments.
• Conducting shift briefings and communicating operational updates.
• Monitoring officer performance, attendance, appearance, and professionalism.
• Ensuring accurate completion of daily activity reports, incident reports, and required documentation.
• Responding to incidents and escalating concerns through the established chain of command.
• Supporting employee training and reinforcing site-specific procedures.
• Maintaining professional communication with the personnel, contractors, visitors, and Securitas management.
• Assisting with investigations, screening failures, access-control concerns, and emergency response.
• Helping maintain continuous, compliant, and professional security operations.

What You Can Expect:

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
