Job summary

You will direct incident response, ensure compliance with DoDM 5200.01, and coordinate Agency-wide security efforts with senior leaders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage a team of government and contractor personnel to execute a large-scale Security Manager program.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes annual Agency-wide information security self-inspections and compliance reviews.
• Provides technical guidance on marking, safeguarding, storage, transmission, and destruction of classified information.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages a team to execute a large-scale Security Manager program in alignment with policy.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes mandatory annual Agency-wide information security self-inspections and compliance reviews.
• Serves as a technical expert for Agency-wide and Defense Industrial Base information security requirements.
• Manages the end-to-end security incident program, directing inquiries into security violations and enforcing corrective actions.
• Represents Information Security interests at senior meetings within the Agency and with OSD/JCS/other agencies.
• Oversee security projects being accomplished by contract to ensure compliance with contracting laws and policies.
