Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Lead Technician to join our security business unit. You will install and service high-security field devices, configure headend equipment, and document work with precision across customer sites in the Southeast US.

Strong exposure to field wiring, terminations, and wiring diagrams is required. Regular travel up to 80% is expected; OSHA 10/30 is preferred. Pavion offers comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in installation and/or service of security and low-voltage systems.
• Expertise with field wiring, terminations, and headend equipment setup.
• Ability to read blueprints or wiring diagrams and work from them.
• Must possess or obtain background clearances for secure facilities.
• Valid driver's license and OSHA 10 or 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to quality in all tasks.
• Install and service high-security field devices and ensure proper setup and calibration.
• Complete field wiring, terminations, and testing per standards and specs.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot headend equipment for seamless integration.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to safety policies and customer site requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teams to meet deadlines and satisfaction.
