Job summary

Suno is building a global creative entertainment platform for music lovers and creators. We seek a Lead Security Engineer to define technical direction across product and cloud, dive into code and infrastructure, and grow a security team around you.

You will own security architecture, AppSec, and incident response while mentoring peers in a fast-moving environment. The role requires 10+ years in security engineering, a builder mindset, strong cross-functional partnership, and onsite work at one

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security engineering, with deep expertise in at least two areas and credibility in the third.
• A builder: has created security capabilities and set direction, not only operated programs.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills to enable safe business operations.
• Nice to have: experience in consumer product at scale or AI/ML security exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own security architecture and roadmap across product and cloud environments.
• Elevate AppSec: secure SDLC, code-review guardrails, manage dependencies and secrets.
• Drive cloud security: IAM, least-privilege, account structure, network boundaries, data access.
• Lead incident response; participate in on-call rotation as senior responder.
• Mentor and shape the security team and its processes.
