Security is core to our operations. We seek a skilled Security Automation Engineer with expertise in cloud security frameworks and Infrastructure as Code to develop and maintain automated security solutions that enhance our security posture.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and implement automated security solutions such as Network Security policy as code, Endpoint Security Policy as code, and Logging as a Service (LaaS).
  2. Develop and maintain scripts and tools for automating security configurations, policies, and compliance checks using Python, APIs, and Ansible.
  3. Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code to automate security infrastructure provisioning and management.
  4. Train and support team members on security automation tools and best practices.
  5. Develop monitoring and auditing tools to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
  6. Contribute to internal knowledge bases and conduct workshops to upskill team members in automation technologies.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  8. Incorporate AI principles into automation strategies.
  9. Design solutions for scalability, reliability, and minimal performance impact.
  10. Continuously refine automation strategies based on emerging technologies and threats.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Software, Security, or Cloud Security Engineer.
  • 3-5 years working with Ansible, Terraform, RegEx, and APIs.
  • 3-5 years with API testing tools like Postman and RestAssure.
  • 3-5 years with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
  • Familiarity with cloud security principles and tools (AWS IAM, Security Hub, Azure Sentinel, GCP Security Center).
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenStack).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell.
  • Experience managing infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience designing and consuming secure RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on with cloud-native security tools like Prisma Cloud, GuardDuty, and CloudArmor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
