Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Security Architect to design secure, enterprise-scale solutions and align security architecture with business priorities.

You will lead security assessments, threat modeling, and product security reviews while guiding testing approaches and mitigation strategies for evolving risks. You will work with EIP and business leaders to identify threats, address gaps in reference architectures, and ensure security requirements protect Humana’s operations across cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in security architecture.
• Experience performing threat modeling and application security assessments.
• Experience integrating security controls into modern SDLC/DevSecOps.
• Experience conducting architecture and design reviews for enterprise apps.
• Experience remediating security vulnerabilities and advising on secure design.
• Experience securing APIs, web apps, and cloud workloads.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
• Strong ability to communicate security risks to technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience implementing enterprise security technologies with organization-wide impact.
