Job summary

A leading tech firm is seeking a WinMagic SecureDoc Enterprise Server Administrator to support the Full Disk Encryption infrastructure for their customers. The role involves deploying and managing encryption policies, maintaining security across devices, and providing expert technical support. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant experience, with expert knowledge of PC hardware and familiarity with BIOS and UEFI. This position requires both independent work and collaboration within a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) to twelve (12) years relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge of PC hardware, including BIOS and UEFI.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure encryption policies across devices.
• Support full disk encryption platforms, specifically WinMagic SecureDoc.
• Maintain full disk encryption infrastructure and ensure security.
• Provide advanced technical support and resolve issues.
