Job summary

ReFocus Eye Health in Waterbury, CT is seeking a Lead Ophthalmic Scrub Technologist to join our surgical team. You will provide expert scrub support during ophthalmic procedures and oversee instrumentation and room prep.

Must have ophthalmology experience, CST certification, and current BLS. Candidates should have proven scrub tech experience and be able to operate in a fast-paced setting with professionalism and reliability.

Our established multi‑specialty Ophthalmology group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Scrub Technologist to provide essential support during ophthalmic procedures.

MUST have Ophthalmology experience!

What You'll Bring / Requirements
