Universal Health Services is seeking a full-time Lead Scrub Tech at Sierra Medical Center in Reno, Nevada. This role involves preparing the operating suite for procedures and assisting in surgeries. Candidates must have a high school diploma, surgical technician certification within 6 months, and current BLS certification, with at least one year of operating room experience.

This Lead Scrub Tech – Gyn is a full‑time opportunity that offers full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule. The individual will be dynamic during operative and invasive procedures, ensure the operating suite is adequately prepared for each procedure, monitor PAR level of all surgical instruments and supplies, assist the manager with supervision and education, and participate in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
