Job summary

InVitro Cell Research, LLC is seeking a Principal Scientist for the Thymic Regeneration Team focused on rejuvenating the aging immune system. The ideal candidate will have a PhD or MD/PhD and at least 10 years of experience in thymic biology or regenerative immunology.

The role includes leading innovative research and developing iPSC-derived thymic cells. Competitive starting salary range is $160,000 to $215,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of research experience in thymic biology or regenerative immunology.
• Current knowledge of thymic epithelial cell biology and immune reconstitution.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Thymic Regeneration Team developing iPSC-derived thymic epithelial cells.
• Design protocols to generate functional TECs from human iPSCs.
• Characterize and validate 3D thymic organoids for T-cell development.
