Qualifications

• PhD, MS, or BS in molecular biology or related disciplines.
• Deep hands-on experience with IVT-based mRNA production.
• Experience producing mRNA for preclinical rodent studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end mRNA production workflows.
• Design mRNA to improve yield and activity.
• Manage and mentor a small mRNA production team.
• Implement mRNA analytical assays to ensure quality.
