Axle, a bioscience and information technology company, seeks a Scientist to join the NIH/NIAID program in Gaithersburg, MD. The role centers on analytical method and assay development for mAb, multispecific antibody, and mRNA vaccine projects.

The Scientist will lead assay development across multiple project teams, evaluate new analytical technologies, and analyze and communicate research data while coordinating with analysts and junior staff.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree is required.
• 13+ years of laboratory experience.
• Experience coordinating analysts and project teams.
• Experience with analytical method development and assay work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute experiments in the lab as part of the research program.
• Lead assay development for mAb, multispecific antibodies, and mRNA vaccine projects.
• Coordinate with analysts and junior staff to meet project milestones.
• Evaluate new analytical technologies and communicate results.
