Qualifications

• 3+ years building models for business applications.
• PhD or MS with 4+ years CS/CE/ML or related field experience.
• Experience publishing patents or papers at top conferences/journals.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, Python or related languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and development of techniques for Agent memory.
• Advance short-term and long-term memory architectures and knowledge retrieval.
• Drive continuous learning to enable autonomous agent adaptation.
• Support AWS customers in building reliable, performant Agents.
