Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant technical or quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
• PhD and/or deep scientific domain expertise is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of data scientists and AI engineers.
• Hire, coach, and retain technical talent.
• Set conditions for the team to perform at a high level while collaborating with product partners.
• Represent the team to internal and external audiences and drive cross-cutting initiatives.
