Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and log equipment, start daily operations, and ensure food safety.
• Supervise 2–3 staff with training and performance reviews.
• Manage inventory, create orders, and process deliveries.
• Prepare breakfast and lunch meals, including a la carte items.
• Cashiering and end-of-day PrimeroEdge duties.
• Ensure compliance with safety inspections.
