Adams and Associates is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor in Drums, PA. The role involves preventative maintenance, repairs, and supervision of maintenance staff on a day shift.

The position requires at least 5 years in building maintenance, knowledge of building codes, and a valid in-state driver's license. Responsibilities include overseeing students and contractors, ensuring safety and quality, and coordinating with program staff.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate of Arts Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of local building codes, carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC and boilers.

Mansioni

• Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures no manipulation of student data.
• Performs repair and preventive maintenance to the facility, grounds and systems.
• Inspects the work of other maintenance personnel.
• Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching.
• Researches and recommends purchase of replacement equipment as needed.
• Oversee training activities of students assigned to the maintenance area.
• Oversee activities and quality of outside contractors performing repairs and/or replacement of equipment.
• Conduct periodic inspections of building systems and equipment to ensure working quality.
• Coordinate activities with the CTT program, if applicable.
• Conduct inspections and maintains code and safety requirements.
• Provide supervision and training to Job Corps Work-Based Learning and CTST students.
