Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in general repairs with two years in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical repair or painting.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and supervisory ability.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high school facilities and equipment across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry trades.
• Provide preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Supervise the Assistant Maintenance Engineer and assign responsibilities.
