Qualifications

• Reliable, on time, and ready to work hard from the moment you walk in

Responsibilities

• Hot Food Production: cook from recipe cards and portion accurately
• Cold Batch Production: manage weekly batches with proper labeling and FEFO handling
• Kitchen Pars & Inventory: weekly inventory, ordering, waste logging
• Team Development: brief shifts, assign roles, debrief and document performance
• Sales & School Happiness: communicate with school, collect feedback from students and staff
