Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of materials and methods used in cleaning.
• Ability to use tools and mechanical equipment in minor repairs.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to perform moderately heavy manual work.
• Ability to enforce regulations firmly but courteously.

Responsibilities

• Supervises custodial staff and assigns daily tasks.
• Forecasts workload and prioritizes assignments.
• Maintains attendance records and submits time cards to payroll.
• Performs cleaning and maintenance of school facilities and equipment.
• Safeguards school property and oversees grievance administration.
• Drafts employee evaluations with Building Administrator.
