GRBS Inc. invites you to join our team as a Lead Custodian for Portland Public Schools, Monday-Friday, with one weekend per month and a 3:00 pm–11:30 pm schedule, totaling 40 hours weekly. You will lead, manage, and support the cleaning crew, ensuring we deliver high standards with GRBS tools and procedures.

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
