GRBS is seeking a LEAD CUSTODIAN for Portland Public Schools. The role runs Monday through Friday from 3pm to 11:30pm, totaling 40 hours weekly. The LEAD custodian will supervise a cleaning team, ensure spotless facilities, and coordinate with school staff to meet daily needs.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older and have valid identification.
• Candidates must be team players, dependable, self-motivated and reliable for daily travel.

• Execute the clean building process using GRBS tools.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools and finished results in classrooms and common areas.
• Complete 360 communication with the site team and supervisor.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility, ensuring safety and quality.
• Nightly perimeter door checks and secure facilities.
