GRBS Inc. in Michigan is hiring a full-time LEAD custodian for Portland Public Schools. Shift is Monday–Friday, plus one weekend per month, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm, totaling 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.

• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
