Job summary

Qualifications

• Operates and maintains cleaning equipment and follows safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Makes minor repairs to facilities and equipment.
• Inspects facilities daily for safety, cleanliness and security.
• Operates heating, cooling and ventilation systems to maintain indoor climate.
• Opens/closes buildings and oversees related access control.
• Maintains records of inspections, inventory and maintenance activities.
