Job summary

Gestalt Community Schools is seeking a School Counseling Manager to oversee counseling and SEL across the network, ensuring high-quality and cohesive services for scholars. You will coach counselors, monitor data, and provide on-site support to maintain program integrity.

You will conduct weekly site visits, perform file reviews, and deliver timely feedback while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in school counseling, education, psychology, social services, or related field.
• Certification/licensure in school counseling.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in K-12 education.
• Experience supporting underserved scholar communities.
• Knowledge of state and federal counseling requirements and mandated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee network-wide school counseling and SEL programming for consistency and quality.
• Coach and develop School Counselors with ongoing learning resources.
• Monitor data, conduct site visits, and provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with school and network teams to align counseling with services.
