Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to support students ages 3–21 in a Houston-area school system.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week), traveling between 6–7 campuses within a dedicated zone. You will provide direct and consultative OT services, conduct evaluations, and contribute to ARDs while maintaining meticulous records and collaboration with families and educators.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license.
• School-based pediatric OT experience preferred.
• Proficiency with SHARES and Onward documentation systems (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to manage a caseload of ~70 students (30–40 direct, remainder consult).
• Strong organization for rotating schedules and IEP documentation.
• Independent work style; no COTAs assigned.
• Reliable transportation for travel between schools within zone.
• State fingerprinting/background checks.
• Affidavit required if previously employed or terminated from district.

Responsibilities
