Job summary

BlazerJobs is seeking a full-time, on-site school-based occupational therapist to serve students ages 3 to 21 across a designated ZIP-code zone in the southwest Houston area. You will evaluate students, attend ARDs, and provide both consultative and direct therapy in a dynamic school setting.

You’ll manage a caseload of up to 70 students (30–40 direct services), use SHARES/Onward for documentation, and collaborate with educational teams to support meaningful outcomes while working autonomously

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT licensure required.
• Previous school or pediatric OT experience highly preferred; exceptional COTAs welcome to apply.
• Able to work full-time (37.5 hours/week); no part-time options.
• Strong skills in evaluations, IEPs, and consultative therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to a defined caseload in your assigned zone.
• Conduct evaluations and participate in ARDs, collaborating with educational teams.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation using provided software.
