How you will make an impact:

As a Lead Scheduler at Baywood Home Care, you will playa critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of home health care services. This position is responsible for overseeing the scheduling team across both the Twin Cities and Southwest offices, serving as a the scheduler in charge, and supporting key administrative functions. The Scheduling Manager will also assist with managing the accounts receivable and payroll operations, serving as a back-up to the Finance Manager, processing invoices and payroll when needed. This person will also contribute to the overall efficiency and financial health of the organization.

Schedule:This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with on-call availability on some weekends required.

What you will need:

  • Anassociate's degreeorbachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field(preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, healthcare coordination, or office management required
  • Home Care scheduling experiencepreferred
  • Previous CNA experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
